In November 2023 a small group of concerned local inhabitants decided to expand the publicity of the district Hengelose Es. They chose the name Wijk Hengelose Es.
A domain and provider were bought and after that a Facebook page, Instagram account and a Nextdoor and Instagram account were made.
Our goal is to provide a broad platform for all activities from individuals, groups, associations, businesses and so on which are active in our district.
